Faulkner's Ranch events are designed based on 4 easy steps

1. Base facility charge: complete set-up, clean-up, tables, table coverings, centerpieces, chairs, restrooms, dance floor, indoor air-conditioned party facility, outdoor picnic pavilion, trash disposal, ranch recreation games, and event team.
   • Ranch Recreation includes: sand volleyball, horse shoes, tic tac toilet seat, hillbilly golf, cornhole, Wild Western playground, exciting duck races and goat climb
   
   • Event Team includes: on-site event manager, parking assistance, buffet attendants, trained Faulkner's Ranch-Hands to supervise specialties.
2. Food and Beverage: Faulkner's Ranch Style cuisine is served up buffet style and includes high quality disposable plates and paper products.
3. Entertainment: "Ranch J" Entertainer or Live Musician/Ensemble. Our music professionals not only play music based on the demographics of your group but can facilitate our interactive activities like "Roller Roper" and "Cow Milking Contest"
4. Ranch Specialties: All specialties include a trained Faulkner's Ranch Hand to supervise and assist.

Picnic dates and times can be secured with a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied towards the final invoice. A final headcount is due to Faulkner's Ranch on the Monday before your picnic. After the final headcount is given, it may be raised and not lowered up to one day prior to the event.
